Platform The Yemen Guide It is a comprehensive digital and cultural project launched with an ambitious vision to reshape the visual and cognitive narrative about Yemen. As the world accelerates towards digitalisation, we have taken upon ourselves the building of a solid bridge linking the antiquity of the past with the authenticity of the present, offering browsers a living encyclopaedia worthy of this nation rooted deep in history.

The platform set out to highlight the hidden and forgotten beauty of Yemen, that ancient land carrying within it countless civilisational and cultural treasures that remained away from the spotlight for long decades. At a time when nations race to showcase their heritage and history, we found that Yemen, with all its antiquity, deserves a platform worthy of its place among civilisations.

Through this platform we seek to document Yemeni landmarks, gather scattered information, and present it in a modern, elegant manner that respects the Arab and Islamic identity, opening a window to the world on the beauty of Yemen that many have not yet seen.

Treasures Awaiting Discovery

Beneath the desert sands and in the embrace of towering mountains lie thousands of archaeological landmarks yet to be discovered. Yemen — the land of ancient civilisations from Saba, Ma'in, Qataban, Himyar and Hadhramaut — embraces a history spanning more than three thousand years, yet much of it remains buried underground, waiting for someone to brush away the dust of centuries.

Unfortunately, the wars and conflicts that struck this country did not give researchers and archaeologists the chance to explore these treasures. Entire archaeological sites remain unknown, inscriptions and manuscripts await deciphering, and ancient temples and cities hide beneath layers of dust and oblivion.

We believe Yemen deserves its place among the world's tourist and cultural destinations, and that its hidden treasures will amaze the world when the time of their discovery comes. Until then, we work on documenting what is known, and dream of the day when the doors of discovery open wide.
